Most tools that read your mail ask to connect to your whole mailbox. That is a permission to see your bank, your doctor and everything else in there, forever. FridayFolder does not have it and cannot ask for it. You forward what belongs to the kids, and that is the entire extent of what exists to be read.
- No mailbox access. No OAuth, no password, no scan-everything permission. There is nothing to revoke because there is nothing connected.
- The email is deleted within 24 hours. Not “retained per our policy” — a number, with a job that enforces it after every briefing. What survives is the commitments, until you delete those too.
- Never used to train a model. Reading happens through a commercial API whose default is no training, and we have no setting that would change that.
